Program Overview

A step-by-step personal plan guides each soldier through the first few steps of civilian life. Each soldier is paired up with a mentor to create a personalized plan of action. These plans include goal setting, developing practical skills, gaining new experiences, and building a network of connections. Program participants are encouraged to attend workshops and meetings with professionals in order to gain exposure to the job market and develop skill sets that help them to transition smoothly into Israeli society.
